J and K Fit puts the ‘personal’ in personal training, each and every day. What You Can Expect:
At J and K Fit, we begin by assessing your current fitness level and understanding your goals and motivators. We document body & body fat measurements, exercise and health history and goals as a starting point and benchmark for your specific personal training program.
We are very hands-on, right there with you showing you the best way to exercise, helping you determine the proper weight to use, and teaching you how to get the most out of each exercise routine. Instead of just counting reps at a distance, your J and K Fit personal trainer will push you both physically and mentally to produce better results.
